1. How quickly is my account activated?

Accounts are activated immediately after you complete the registration.


2. Will spam stop immediately?

While the service will immediately filter all email it reviews, it frequently takes a few days for the various DNS servers around the Internet to recognize your updated MX Record information. You'll therefore likely still see some spam for just a few days.


3. How quickly after I make changes to my account will my new settings take effect?

Settings take effect as soon as you make changes and click "Save Settings".

No, and you can cancel at any time for any reason.


6. Are there any cancellation penalties or payments?

No there are not. You can cancel at any time for any reason. Mailshell charges your account at the beginning for each month for the entire month, including any month in which you cancel your account.
