Outlook work with?
The 2.6 release of Mailshell Anti-Spam Outlook
works with the English versions of Outlook 2000, Outlook
2002/XP, and Outlook 2003 Beta 2. In the future we hope
to have versions for your favorite email client. Please
let us know if you have any preferences.
What are the system requirements?
- Email account must be either POP or Microsoft Exchange
- Windows 95, 98, 2000, NT, ME, XP
- Outlook 2000, Outlook 2002/XP, Outlook 2003 Beta 2 (English)
- 15 MB free hard disk space
Does Mailshell Anti-Spam Outlook
work with AOL, Yahoo!, or Hotmail?
Mailshell Anti-Spam Outlook does not work with AOL.
If you paid for POP access to Yahoo! then Outlook can retrieve
your Yahoo! messages and SpamCatcher Outlook can filter
your messages. Mailshell Anti-Spam Outlook does not work with Hotmail.
SpamCatcher Outlook only works with POP accounts and Microsoft
Exchange accounts. However, SpamCatcher Universal works
with Hotmail and can be used in addition to Mailshell Anti-Spam
Outlook.

What if I install and do not have Administrator rights?
Your user account on your machine must have
the right to install software. Otherwise, the Mailshell Anti-Spam
Outlook software will be unable to be installed. You must
either enable Administrator rights to your user account
or log on with an account with Administrator rights to install
Mailshell Anti-Spam Outlook on your machine.
Does Mailshell Anti-Spam Outlook
contain advertising technologies or so-called 'spyware'?
Mailshell Anti-Spam Outlook does not contain advertising
technologies or so-called 'spyware'.
