SpamCatcher was working great but has stopped working. What happened?
If you use Outlook 2002, check to see if SpamCatcher is disabled: go to Help > About Outlook > Disabled Items. Re-enable SpamCatcher if necessary.

| Verify that SpamCatcher is listed in the COM Addins dialog: go to Tools > Options > Other > Advanced Options > COM Addins. If it's not listed, click "Add" and browse to add MailshellOutlookAddin.dll -- located in your installation directory -- C:\Program Files\Mailshell by default.
