What are subscription profiles?

Subscription profiles are used to automatically fill in the additional information forms required by some offers in Mailshell's Special Offers Directory; creating profiles lets you quickly subscribe without having to repeatedly enter the same information.

You can create, edit, choose your default, or delete profiles by clicking the "Subscription Profiles" link in Options.

How do I use subscription profiles?

When subscribing to offers using the Special Offers Directory, some offers may require additional information such as your name, birth date, or zip code. If you have subscription profiles set up, their titles will appear above the entry fields for the required information; your default profile will be automatically selected and any relevant information from that profile will be pre-entered. You can change which profile you want to use by clicking that profile's name.

If you modify a profile's information when subscribing and want to include those changes in the profile, check the "update profile with these settings" box before clicking the "subscribe now" button.

How do I add a profile?

To add a profile, click the "Subscription Profiles" link in Options, then click the "Add New Profile" link. Enter a name for the profile, fill in the other the information you want to include in that profile, and click the "Save Profile" button.

How do I edit a profile?

To edit a profile, click the "Subscription Profiles" link in Options, then click the "Edit" link for the profile you want to change. Modify the information however you like and click the "Save Profile" button.

You can also change the default subscription profile from the main profiles page by clicking the "Default Profile" button for the profile you want to use and clicking the "Set Default" button.

How do I change my default profile?

To change your default profile, click the "Subscription Profiles" link in Options, then use the "Default Profile" buttons on the left to select the profile you want to use and click the "Set Default" button.

How do I delete a profile?

To delete a profile, click the "Subscription Profiles" link in Options, then click the "Delete" link for the profile you want to delete.
