Why are some tracked messages shown as not opened even though they have been?

If you have sent a tracked message, Mailshell will not be able to register it as opened if the recipient's email service strips out HTML code from incoming messages or if the recipient uses a simple text reader for email (such as Pine). In those cases, the tracking status in the Sent folder will remain "Not Opened" regardless of whether the recipient has actually opened it.
